Prambanan

Prambanan is a Hindu Temple located in Centra Java in Indonesia. Located not far from the Yogyakarta (Jogja) city. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The time I went, some part of the main building had already collapsed and being destroyed by the earthquake that hit Jogja not long ago. It was realy amazing that the temple’s decoration looks a little bit similar to Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Well, before enter Prambanan, you might need to pay for the fee first. I paid around USD6 and my Japanese friend paid around USD10. I used my expired student ID as students have discounted fee. For locals, its relatively cheap. Way much cheaper than the foreigner fee. Well, I think the differences of prices for Farang and local in Thailand are more acceptable.

Prambanan is a very beautiful and attractive site to visit. The constructions on one of the temples makes the photo looks a little ugly. Well, at least they try their best to maintain and repair the site.
