One of my favourite snacks in Thailand is Krep Yipun. I dont know how to translate it in English but it is made by corn flour plus ingredients of your own choice like strawberry jam, peabut butter etc. The corn flour will be spread on a pan. Choose your choice of ingredient and they will spread your choice of ingredients on top of the spreded corn flour. After the corn flour is hard enough, the seller will fold it into triangle and place it into a paper. It is best to eat when it is still hot. You can feel the crunch. Krep Yipun is very cheap which is around 10, 15 or 20 baht depending on the size. In town in Iisan like Udonthani, you can get relatively very cheap food.
